How To Book
What to expect when booking a treatment.
You will need to book an appointment with us which we will confirm with you. Once we have booked an appointment we will need to carry out a Patch test during your initial consultation phase. This will need to be completed 48 hours before any treatment can take place.
We recommend a course of 6 treatments to allow for the new hair growth cycles so we can remove those hairs as well. Eventually full hairlessness will be achieved.
Patch Test
You must have a patch test 48 hours before the first treatment.
Consultation
You must have a consultation before any treatment can take place to see if you are suitable.
Treatments & Aftercare
We will tell you what to expect and what you will need to do prior to any treatment. We will also check up with you as part of our aftercare.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation of any scheduled treatment. This allows us to effectively manage our appointment availability and ensures that we can provide the best service to all our clients.
No-Show Policy:
In the event that 48 hours’ notice is not provided or a no-show occurs, we will require full payment to secure any subsequent treatments at the time of booking.
Deposits:
Deposits are an integral part of our quality assurance process. To secure your treatment, we require a deposit ranging from £20 to £50 at the time of booking. In the unfortunate event of a late cancellation or a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited to help cover the lost time and financial impact on Exclusive Skin.
Treatments Under £20:
For treatments under £20, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
